Using the integrated brush, apply Eyebrow Sealer over brows from beginning of brow to the tail.

Using the #4 Refiner end (spooly) of the Diffuser/Refiner brush lightly sweep brows with upward diagonal stroke to keep Eyebrow Sealer in place, being careful not to disrupt brow pigment.

For use with the Cake Eyeliner and Eye Pigments used as liners, moisten Precision Angle Eyeliner brush with Eyebrow Sealer and proceed to load liner and/or pigment and apply as desired.
