The Lip Extender can be used to increase or decrease the size of the lips. To achieve larger or plumper lips, apply a thin line around the perimeter of the desired lip area.

Outline the lips with the desired Lip Pencil inside the Lip Extender to enhance the lips. Then, lightly color in the lips around the edges for long lasting color stay. Blend into lips to avoid hard lines.

Using the Lip Definer brush, apply and blend all Lip Color as specified below.

Apply over entire lip area for

special effects.

Apply only on the center of the

bottom lip.
