  • Make sure the Eye Pencil is sharp. Using the tip of the pencil, apply color and made a wedge to the outer edge of the upper eye lid, then smudge inward with the Eye Blender Sponge. This will give the appearance of a lifted effect.

    Also apply Eye Pencil to the inner ridge of the lower eye lid directly above the lower eye lashes.
