Outline just above and below the natural lip line with Lip Extender. Blend lightly with our exquisite Lip Definer brush and follow with the desired Lip Pencil.
AMBER ROSE LIP PENCIL
Outline the lips with the desired Lip Pencil to enhance the lips and ensure a long lasting color stay. For larger, plumper lips, outline the perimeter of the desired lip area with Lip Extender, then apply desired Lip Pencil over the Lip Extender outline. This will create a full-lip appearance.
TROPICAL PUNCH RICH CREAM LIP COLOR
Using the Lip Definer brush, apply and blend Lip Color. Swipe Lip Definer brush over desired Lip Color and apply within the lines of the Lip Pencil. All Lip Colors can be combined to create new colors. .05oz
