  • With picturesque brows, Eyebrow Sealer offers 24-hr. wearability, holding color and brow hair in place. Also contains protein to condition and strengthen brow hair for added fullness, and imparts a natural luminous sheen.  Need more guidance, Learn More ... for The Plane Truth About Brows.

  • Using the integrated brush, apply Eyebrow Sealer over brows from beginning of brow to the tail.

    Using the #4 Refiner end (spooly) of the Diffuser/Refiner brush lightly sweep brows with upward diagonal stroke to keep Eyebrow Sealer in place, being careful not to disrupt brow pigment.

    For use with the Cake Eyeliner and Eye Pigments used as liners, moisten Precision Angle Eyeliner brush with Eyebrow Sealer and proceed to load liner and/or pigment and apply as desired.
