I am accustomed to using oils on my body to keep moisture in, but this really acts like a sealer and is not greasy at all. I wouldn't have described it as dry because your skin will be anything but dry. I liked putting it on my hand and applying to my body as opposed to spraying it.

Hydra-Seal Dry Oil

This is just what my skin has been begging for! I applied the oil after exfoliating and moisturizing, and my skin was saying, Thank You! My skin has been so dry throughout the winter and this oil has replenished and held the moisture in my skin. Great to put on hands and feet before bedtime. It is my skin sealant.
