  • With the #3 Diffuser end (fan) of the Diffuser/Refiner brush, sweep the Brow Diffuser firmly from the beginning of brow to the tail end-point diffusing the entire brow. Use the Brow Diffuser after the Brow Pigment and/or Adda Brow™ have been applied. Sweep until desired lightness has been achieved.

Good lightener

My only problem with the brow diffuser is getting the powder to the brush. With the filter, I don't get enough. Without it, I get uneven coverage Otherwise a great finisher.
