And it's always perfect as the illusion of a line conforms exactly to that of the lashes. Coupled with our classic, beautifully balanced black/brown Cake Eyeliner — which literally melts between the lashes — the eyes are opened wide and bright.

    4-IN-1 Eyes & Lashes:
    Use wet as a Tightliner, with water for long lasting stay.
    Use dry to smudge eye area for definition.
    Makes lashes look more dense.
    Use on both upper and lower lash line.

  • Wet and load the smudger tip of the Eye Definer / Smudger brush, making a thick paste type texture and simply push upward and wiggle 4-IN-1 Eyes & Lashes from UNDER the top lash line, to build the base and fill in any hint of bare, pink skin. When the pink is eliminated, lashes are restored to child-like resemblance. Use wet or dry to define eyes for a more dramatic look.

First time buyer, did not work well for me. Difficult to build up color on the lash line.

I'll contact you and we can discuss another product I think you'll like better, Cake Eyeliner.
