- Load Finisher/Blender brush with Finishing Loose Powder. Tap bottom of brush on a hard surface, such as your countertop, to evenly distribute powder into the soft bristles.
- Beginning at the forehead, working downward to the chin, with medium pressure, "swirl" Finishing Powder over entire face until seamless blending of foundations and colors is achieved.
