- Using the Lip Definer brush, apply desired Lip Color Overlay. Apply Lip Color Overlay on top of the all-over Lip Color, just in the center pout of the lip giving more plump sexy lips. Follow with Lip Gloss.
- May also apply Lip Color Overlays on top of all-over color to blend together and customize colors.
