- Load the flat side of the Contour/Highlighter brush. Apply Eye Perma Stay over the entire upper eyelid. Using the ring finger, pat/press into the skin to create an opaque, uniform coverage, neutralizing any ruddiness, visible capilaries and uneven skintones.
- Utilizing the Chiseled Shadow Blender, fully load with the base-color Eye Pigment of choice to set Eye Perma Stay and prepare for accent and contour Pigment placement.
