- Using the Precision Angle Eyeliner brush--dampened with water or Eye Brow Sealer--rolling into Cake Eyeliner until desired consistency is achieved and brush is fully loaded. Place tip of the brush at the base of lashes and draw on liner as if using a pencil.
- For thicker, more luscious lashes, apply from inner eye and extend to outer lash line, "winging" liner up slightly to create that sexy Hollywood cat-eye.
