Blue Neutralizer, with a sienna (orange/brown) pigment and non-reflective base, is used to eliminate dark circles, under-eye puffiness, age spots, melasma and sun damage.

- Load the tip of the Countour/Highlighter brush, then press Blue Neutralizer onto eye area and sweep down in a half-moon-shaped motion with the side of the brush. Now with the little finger, pat/press toward the inner eye are to conceal darkness. If necessary, apply to any puffiness in the eye area, over Smile Smoother.
